Two exceptional courses designed by Harry S. Colt
Set on a 74-hectare site in the heart of the royal forest that bears its name, Golf de Saint-Germain offers golfers the opportunity to play all year round on two exceptional courses, carefully maintained in full respect of environmental standards.
Internationally renowned, the 18-hole championship course bears the signature of golf architect Harry Colt. It alternates between fairways that wind through dense forest and more open heathland-style holes. Its characteristic raised bunkers and large, subtly contoured greens are hallmarks of Colt’s design. The natural drainage of its sandy soil ensures outstanding playing conditions, even in winter.
More accessible, shorter but technically demanding, the 9-hole “Genêts” course offers players of all levels the chance to refine their game and improve their technique. It is particularly appreciated in spring for the beauty of the vegetation that inspired its name, and in summer for its shaded fairways that provide a peaceful and refreshing round.
